Our August set of New Releases, are absolutely fabulous! We know you’ll want to place your initial order in during that Dealer Week!
Previously, our New Releases have SOLD OUT to dealers in one to two days, so be sure and place your initial order within Dealer Week so you may continue to order until the edition is SOLD OUT!
Orders should be placed directly through the RDK website. You must first be registered with the new website and shopping cart, it's easy and simple to do on the Home Page left navigation.
(You must have a current, signed Authorized Dealer Agreement and Credit Card Authorization on File with our office before ordering. You must be in good standing before ordering the New Releases.)

Dealer Reservation Vouchers
Reservation Vouchers can be purchased directly from the RDK website by retail or wholesale customers. By purchasing a Voucher, you are securing a reservation for a particular kit going into production. You will be directed to download and print the Voucher as a receipt and paid for product. Your customers may do the same, or you can advertise you have secured vouchers and they may order directly from you. RDK will provide a weekly statement as to customer purchases on the RDK website. When kits are enroute to RDK, or available to ship, dealers will then collect on the redeemed vouchers and make final payment to RDK. Invoices will be issued.
Kits will be assigned a Limited Edition Number and either a Signed Kit (first 100) or Signed COA (second 100) as they are ordered. Vouchers are only redeemable for the particular kit that is reserved, and through the dealer specified at the time of purchase. If not redeemed within 30 days of the kit being available, it will be null and void. Vouchers are non-refundable and have no monetary value if not redeemed as issued. Dealers may secure a particular number of signed kits for their customers by reserving a block of vouchers through the website. Your Voucher reservation will count towards the 25 kit dealer minimum.
TERMS OF SERVICE
You understand that you are placing an order for either an In Stock Kit, that will be shipped within 48hrs., or you are purchasing a Reservation Voucher as a non-refundable downloadable product. If a particular kit does not go into production your voucher will be refunded, or you may choose to apply to other kits. The order is secured with your Reservation Voucher. The custom manufacturing process MAY take 60-90 days from beginning to end.
Reservation Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE and have no monetary value if not redeemed as issued. A $15.00 restocking fee may be billed per kit ordered, should you want to return your kit for any other reason than defective.

KITS
RDK Kits are Numbered, Limited Editions Exclusive to Reborn Doll Kits, Inc. and it’s Authorized Dealers. Kits do not include eyes, hair or bodies and are not painted or assembled. Bodies and accessories sold separately through RDK Authorized Dealers.

As a token of our appreciation, when you redeem each voucher, you will also be credited through RDK with three (3) "Stork Points" to shop in our NEW "Stork's Nest" reborn accessory shoppe!
MISSHAPEN PIECES
Occasionally, kits will become misshapen through packaging and shipment. If this should occur, please know that when you have assembled your doll and stuffed, most if not all of this will disappear. However, if you would like to try to reform prior to painting, you can soak your vinyl pieces in hot tap water for 15-30 minutes and they will become very pliable.
Reborn Doll Kits (TM) are created from original sculpts and are virtually a 99.9% exact replication of the original sculpt. These sculpts are created to look like life-like realistic babies. No human baby is created perfect. Our sculpts are not intended to be perfect in their design or replication. The softness of the vinyl, and perhaps size of the piece, may cause the piece to appear misshapen or warped. This is not the case. When reborned and assembled, the pieces can be stuffed to hold the shape and original design.
MINOR IMPERFECTIONS
Minor imperfections may occasionally be present in a very few kits. These include ink marks or indentations from molding. As reborners ourselves, we feel that if they are located in places that do not affect the overall appearance or quality, they are overlooked. We certainly do, however, remove those pieces that we feel are unacceptable or impact the appearance or quality of our product.
SHIPPING
You may choose between UPS and USPS shipping services. Packages shipped using UPS (United Parcel Ground Service), door-to-door Tracking will be included. You will be sent an email with the tracking information from the UPS Service. UPS TRACKING NUMBER INFORMATION WILL BE SENT BY UPS TO THE EMAIL THAT YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED WITH at the close of that business day.

International customers are responsible for their country's duties and taxes. International customers may choose USPS or UPS. If not designated at time of order UPS will be used.

Please follow the manufacturer's directions on products used to reborn your vinyl doll kit! RDK kits were not designed to be baked in an oven during the reborning process. RDK assumes no liability for the materials and products used to complete the doll kit!
Reborn Doll Kits (TM) are Phtalate Free and meet DIN EN 71 Standards.
We use heat set paints on our reborn kits following the manufacturers directions for their products and use their heat set gun to set surface paint.
